Happy Mother’s Day!

| May 14, 2006 | 1 Comment

This is my first official Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, my husband had to work today so there was no sleeping in and no breakfast in bed like I’d imagined. But on the positive side, he will be cooking dinner for me tonight (eeek! relinquishing control of the kitchen for a night!).

I am heading over to my mother’s for lunch today where I will be making something absolutely delicious. But you will have to wait until later, when I have photos, to see it. Muhhhhhhwwaaahahahaha! Trust me, it’s worth waiting for though.

In the meantime, drop by Food Bound to read all about Jason Tomaszewski and Daniel Kline’s new book, 50 Things Every Guy Should Know How to Do (Plume/$14). (EDITED TO ADD: The Food Bound site no longer exists. 6/2/2011)
