RECIPE: Basil Vinaigrette

Basil vinaigrette
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Scant ¼ cup chopped basil leaves
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Scant ¼ cup chopped basil leaves
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving or using.
