Sorry to hear about the incident with your dogs! I had to protect my dog from an attacking dog with a shovel, and that was scary enough. I can't imagine facing a deer! I tried a new trick (at least for me) last time. Cut up potatoes and the put them in boiling water for about 5-6 minutes and then marinate and bake.
