This is sad, I think we saw it on &quot;Top Chef,&quot; and probably most people know.  Make sure you dry the shredded potatoes thoroughly before you put them in the pan.  Our&#039;s have been great since.  Now if I could only get grits over here...  Mmmm cheese grits.]]></description>
