		<description>Thanks for this! I also made a combo of fries tonight and used your cinnamon and paprika combo with olive oil on the sweet potato fries. Didn&#039;t measure anything though, just coated lightly with olive oil, tossing about a bit in the bowl, and then shaking paprika and cinnamon and salt on until it felt right. Came out great! Baked at 425 for 30 minutes or so, turning now and then.</description>

		<description>I loved these.  For those with soggy issues I found that those I baked on an airbake cookie sheet where soggy and those on a regular cookie sheet were more crisp.  Hopefully that is helpful.</description>
