Are you going to spell words correctly in your cookbook? Since you don’t spell correctly in your blog?

Thanks for your comment! You must have stumbled onto one of my early posts here at Sarah’s Cucina Bella. As I explained in this post, it took me a little while to buy into the usefulness of correct spelling. But I did finally see the light and do my best to spell correctly every time. Mozilla Firefox has a handy built-in spell check feature that helps a lot.
If you saw something more recent and wanted to let me know, feel free to drop me a line. After all, having more than one set of eyes is always helpful.
And no need to worry about the cookbook. That’s what editors are for — to make sure that I have spelled everything accurately.
