Carmen, I’ve been there too. Both in terms of working full-time and wanting to photograph/write at night and having a challenge with the photos. So, I definitely understand.

It took me a while to learn how to photograph in adverse conditions, but it is possible. Some bloggers use light boxes, which can make it so much easier too. I’ll write about photographing next week, okay? I’ve got some good resources that could help.

You’re right, I am definitely working on posting more consistently. My problem is that I work full-time, meaning by the time I get dinner on the table every night, the natural light is far gone and I can rarely get (good) pictures of what I’ve cooked. I wish I could find a way to blog more about things I’ve cooked during the week, but I’m not at all a good photographer and not good at making the food look good in artificial light. Plus, we don’t have a good camera, which might be the next investment! But I’m going to work on it! Thanks for the suggestions. I’m working on my post about you as well. :)
