This sounds like a great burger! I love blue cheeses. And it’s a good way to avoid heating up the kitchen. Do you stick your thumb into the center to give the cheese an ooze exit?

I’m curious to know what you’ll make of Louis Lunch. Not everyone has the Stern’s enthusiasm for it. Some people don’t like the meat, some people don’t like the bread, the service, the cheez, etc, etc.

Even though it’s just a few blocks from me, I’ve only been once; the hours are erratic and the wait can be long. In fact, the one time I was there, I placed my order, waited and then had to be back at work before my burger was ready. My husband took my burger home for me and I ate it cold that night.

And I thought it was divine!!
