3. few different kinds of olive oil
4. aged balsamic
5. salt & pepper (few types of each)

Thanks so much for sharing your pantry on Other People's Pantries. I think we're all voyeurs at heart.
It would be hard to narrow it down since we're a family of six and everyone has their favorite dishes, but for me the list would look something like this (using your same self-imposed rules and in no particular order):

1. Flours--whole wheat and unbleached white
2. Sugars--light brown and granulated
3. Salt--RealSalt (my absolute fave)
4. Chocolate chips--semi-sweet, milk, chunks, mini and dark
5. Black beans
6. Oils--olive and canola
7. Baking powder
8. Baking soda
9. Oatmeal
10. Nesquik

Can you tell we do a lot of cookie baking and my kids have a penchant for chocolate milk? ;)
