Tuesday: Homemade Salmon Burgers on ciabatta rolls with a tossed salad (new recipe)

Wednesday: Maple Soy Flank Steak, rice and salad

Thursday: Chicken Florentine over pasta with salad

Friday: Homemade fresh mozzarella, ham and pineapple pizza with salad
