Eat. Live. Be. – Expert Advice
I think exercise tests us in so many ways, our skills, our hearts, our ability to bounce back after setbacks. This is the inner beauty of sports and competition, and it can serve us all well as adult athletes. – Peggy Fleming
It’s Monday and that means Eat. Live. Be. day. This week’s topic? Advice from the experts.
Can I be totally honest here? I hope so. I adore ELB. It’s made me really introspective, and made me really focused on my health-related goals for this year. But that said, I really wasn’t feeling this topic. At all. It didn’t speak to me the way other topics do … so I had to really think hard on how to tackle this one. I totally get what Cate meant when she said that she cursed me a little about a topic that she wasn’t feeling a few weeks back. But that’s okay … it’s just another chance to rise above, right?
It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver. – Mohandas Gandhi
So, I have been scouring quote sites for some fabulous, motivating quotes from individuals who are themselves inspirational.

Reading things like these really are helpful. They are little reminders, nudges in the right direction … and this is the point where we all need that lil nudge to keep on going.
Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. – John F. Kennedy
I’m still going. How about you?
I really believe the only way to stay healthy is to eat properly, get your rest and exercise. If you don’t exercise and do the other two, I still don’t think it’s going to help you that much. – Mike Ditka

These are the kinds of quotes that I can see myself hanging on my wall….in fact, after my exam tomorrow, I’m going to break out the construction paper and glitter.
I love quotes. I think I speak in aphorisms.
