It’s Monday and that means Eat. Live. Be. day. This week’s topic? Advice from the experts.

Can I be totally honest here? I hope so. I adore ELB. It’s made me really introspective, and made me really focused on my health-related goals for this year. Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. – John F. Kennedy

I’m still going. How about you?

I really believe the only way to stay healthy is to eat properly, get your rest and exercise. If you don’t exercise and do the other two, I still don’t think it’s going to help you that much. – Mike Ditka

Happy Valentine’s Day, all! Be sure to check out the other ELB bloggers too.
