		<description><![CDATA[These all sound like things I do. I try to excersise routinely and have  been trying to talk myself into being a runner to no avail ;) I love hiking and tennis and pilates however so I do those and then I usually gain the energy to do even more, like resistance training ect.
I also carry around home made snack bags full of mixed nuts, seeds and fruit and I always have a BIG re-usable bottle of water with me at all times.

I&#039;ve been trying to figure out how to join Eat.Live.Be. I&#039;m on the facebook page but how do I find out what the topic of the week will be so I can plan a post on it?
