In your photo, it looks as if (including the blueberries) before baked, the mixture filled up nearly half of each of the pint sized mason jars. The sum of my mixture unfortunately did not, and my cakes did not grow to fill the jar even close to full. Sad, but great idea, so thanks for posting. Are you sure that you really used pint sized jars and that small of a mixture of batter? *shrug* Feel free to email me with any thoughts or suggestions. I’d love to hear them. I plan on trying out this idea for some other things as well.
