Hi! I just started a blog of food with some friends…and while it is really just a blog for the three of us, I did base my recipe on this one, and it seems only polite to tell you that I have a link to your blog on mine. I assume you don’t mind, but if you do, please let me know, and I will take the link down. Regardless, thank you for the recipe!

I am incapable of ever just making something as is (this is my weakest point as a chef,) so I modified it by grinding some peppermint candies into the granulated sugar used for rolling.

I intend to enter my adaptation into the NASA-JSC Dessert Extravaganza! (Yep, even space geeks like cookies.)

Those are gorgeous! My favorite cookie I’ve made are Rainbow Cookies and I’ll be sharing them later today!
