I REALLY look forward to your New England recipes! Sometimes I just don’t know what recipes are particularly “New England”, but Clams Casino is definitely something I remember from my childhood. In my part of Connecticut, though, it’s so Italian… my cousin’s favorite food as a kid was pig’s feet from the Italian deli nearby.
