Thanks! You reminded me — back when I worked in an office, our cafeteria made the most amazing buffalo chicken wrap. I was powerless when I saw it on the menu. Mmm

Maureen, apparently you can totally make it yourself — this recipe is rated very high: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/buffalo-chicken-sauce/ though it’s not like the recipe I grew up on (which had hot sauce, butter and Italian dressing, I think). But the reviewers speak highly of the flavor. Should be easy to scale for smaller portions too.

Not sure where I could get buffalo wing sauce in Australia but I’m going to import it if I can’t find it. I’ve got to have this salad!

Oooh, I remember eating lots of Buffalo Chicken salad in my 20s. How could I forget that?

I don’t eat salads with strips of friend chicken much anymore. If we are eating out, I’m probably eating something OTHER than a salad.

I really like chunky salad dressing – which I’m sure I could make at home. But, I don’t. (I really should eat more salads in general…)
