True! I should have added that I have been on a pantry-clearing raid the last few weeks so ours had to be cooked.

I always keep pre-cooked chicken sausage in my fridge, too! I love picking up different ones at Costco so that I can vary the flavor that I’m working with. As for a quick and easy lunch… it usually doesn’t involve cooking, it’s usually chicken salad!
