If not for my lovely editor, Nichole, asking me to create Starbucks Seasonal Latte-Themed cupcakes, I would have never ventured beyond the Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Caramel Brulee Latte. And that would have been a loss for me … But because she did, I met and fell in love with a whole new one … the Gingerbread Latte. After sampling ~~several~~ a few, I spun the fab coffee drink into a decadent cupcake.

Look, I don’t care that the holidays are over. Make these Gingerbread Latte Cupcakes. They are moist, flavorful little bits of joy.

Oh my goodness, this is my FAVORITE holiday latte at Starbucks. Which means this, undoubtedly, will be my new favorite cupcake. Yum!

Sarah, I just made the gingerbread latte cupcakes and they are divine. I found the pumpkin spice latte but I have not found the caramel Brulee latte ones. Did you publish it and if so when? Please let me know as I love to bake. will try the pumpkin ones soon. Lookig forward to hearing from you. Love your website.
