Organization for Kitchen Crafts with Rubbermaid All Access Organizers

This shop is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Home Depot & Rubbermaid, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #AllAccessOrganizers  http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO.

I am so tired of the mess.

In my home office, craft supplies are stored in crates, shopping bags and containers. They are piled to the side, awaiting a solution. And the mess followed me. The kids and I have been away for most of the summer, and again the supplies are stacked in old storage containers and stored in reusable bags. While everything is together, it just looks … messy. And I am so tired of the mess.

Among the supplies? The wooden trays that will become after-school snack trays for the kids. They inevitably come home hungry from school. So these trays will be a fun way to deliver tasty, nutritious snacks to their desks where they will do their homework this school year.

And then there are the clay pots, which I want to paint and glaze so that they can hold our indoor herb garden. Fresh herbs are such a glorious addition to any dish, brightening the flavor. Our sunny dining room is the perfect place to grow sage, basil and thyme (or maybe rosemary?) all year.

But in the meantime, I have all these paints and brushes and pots and wooden things that are waiting to be used. And they need to not be an eyesore.

Seriously, it’s time to get organized. So when the opportunity to work with Rubbermaid and try out their new Rubbermaid All Access Organizers, it was perfect timing. The kids and I picked up our set at Home Depot for about $30 — they come in two sizes that stack together super easily. They really loved checking out how easy it was to open the clear fronts of the containers.

Back at the house, I stacked the containers and transferred all the crafting supplies into them. Now they are organized, easy to get to and easy to find.

Eventually, these organizers will reside beneath my desk in my office. But, for now, the kids and I are away for the summer so they are tucked beside my work table. I draped a cloth over top, and put a lamp on there too so they feel less like storage containers and more like a cute — and very useful — side table. Kind of fun, right?

What’s so cool about these Rubbermaid All Access Organizers? They can open even when they are all stacked up. I especially love being able to see inside the boxes and being able to open them without disturbing the contents. That clear window means that you can always figure out what’s inside — and get to it too. (They also open from the top … if you’d rather open them that way.)

Available in blue and turquoise, these are perfect for organizing your home office, the playroom, the study nook — wherever. Another thing I love about them? They are totally portable. So when it’s time to head home, I can just stack them in my car and head out — no repacking necessary.

These containers would also be awesome for storing beach towels and gear. If you are beach-obsessed like me, that is.

I feel your pain. I feel like my house is a wreck in need of organization.
