How cool is that–to be so trendy with your simple lunch? I was reading Reader’s Digest while eating granola and got a craving for pickled herring thanks to the editor’s note, and while granola + pickled herring is not a combination I’d suggest it sure hit the spot for me.
Probably not going to see it on a food trend, though.
