This week’s column features a recipe for Lemony Steak and Veggie Chopped Salad with Ramen, a summer salad with fresh corn, cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers — and steak and ramen too. Dressed with a lemony vinaigrette, this refreshing salad is delicious hot or chilled.
