Many days lately, I have found myself really missing a staff position. There is something so alluring about a predictable paycheck, the release of working outside the home and having a commute (yes, really). But that said, my career affords me a wondrous opportunity to be with my kids every single day … and I love that.
So, what’s a mom to do? What’s a writer to do?
Honestly, I don’t have the answers. Both freelancing and full-time staff positions have their perks.
What do you think? Which is better?
