Did you know that I write a weekly newspaper column for The Bangor Daily News called Maine Course? In this week’s column, I share some delicious ideas for using fresh strawberries.
Since 2014, I have been writing a weekly newspaper column about food and life for the Bangor Daily News. It’s called Maine Course (aptly named by my brother), and appears online every Tuesday.
This week’s column features ideas for what to do with all the strawberries you should be picking this season while they are ripe. This is when strawberries are at your best, and I want you to get out there and enjoy them.
Seriously, I cannot wait to go strawberry picking!
