New on Maine Course: Wild Blueberry Biscotti

Since 2014, I’ve written a weekly newspaper column about food and life for the Bangor Daily News. It’s called Maine Course (aptly named by my brother), and appears online every Tuesday.

This week’s column features a recipe for Wild Blueberry Biscotti. This recipe for a favorite Italian cookie uses frozen wild blueberries — available at farmers markets here in Maine and in freezer sections of the grocery store nationwide — to bring a hint of summer to coffee hour.
