Shallot Vinaigrette Recipe

  • 1 shallot, peeled and finely minced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp chopped fresh Marjoram
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk until emulsified. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
