Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
While it's heating cut the chicken tenders into 1-inch pieces and place in a medium mixing bowl. Stir together the salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and tumeric. Pour over the chicken and stir to combine. It should coat all the pieces.
Place the chicken in the hot skillet and cook, turning once, until just browned on both sides (about 10-12 minutes total). Add the garlic and the green beans to the skillet, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring once or twice, until the green beans are cooked
Meanwhile, prepare the rice according to package directions. Serve the chicken and green beans over the rice
