What’s for breakfast? Lately I have been digging into fruit and yogurt parfaits with homemade granola. But my homemade granola isn’t your usual sort.
Old fashioned oats. Walnuts. Graham crackers. Raisins. Egg white. Honey. These are the ingredients that come together to make a sweet, crisp granola that’s perfect for topping your favorite yogurt, ice cream or just eating by the handful. It’s a little different, a little unusual, especially with the addition of graham crackers, but that’s the beauty of it. It’s the differentness that makes it better.
