Did you know that for the past year or so, I’ve been a brand ambassador for Sun-Maid? I partnered with this company because we are a raisin and dried fruit loving family, and that’s a lot of what Sun-Maid makes. From raisins to dried apricots, dates to pitted plums, these are the kind of things we love packing for lunch and snack time.

But raisins are also delicious for breakfast time — like in this recipe for Easy Double Raisin Pecan Granola. It’s lightly sweetened with coconut sugar and filled with oats, pecans and two kinds of raisins. If you make it, it’s delicious alone, with milk (like cereal), on yogurt or even with fruit.

You could also spoon some over ice cream … but that wouldn’t be breakfast.
