A few years ago, my kids and I decided to make a practice of trying new things. We turned that into an occasional video series that we share on YouTube. It’s been fun — not just the trying new foods, but sharing our impressions on camera.
When I posted our latest tasting video on YouTube, I realized that I’ve never really shared these videos here before. It’s high time to do so!
In this episode, we try Ski Queen cheese, a Norwegian brown cheese that’s slightly sweet. What did we think? Well, you’ll have to watch to find out, but I will say that this one was not a slam dunk.
