Leggings. Jeans. Black pants. Repeat.
That was my uniform for more than a year. After putting on more pounds than I care to remember, nothing fit and I just felt … gross. But while 2013 was about refinding joy in life, 2014 is about thriving — and that includes taking better care of myself. So I’ve shed pounds, exercised more and paid a whole lot more attention to what goes into my mouth. Six months later, I feel so much better.
As a mother of two who is constantly on the go from soccer games to Girl Scout meetings to volunteering at school, I have to be energetic, healthy and present. So, taking care of me is an absolute must. All the walking, squats, sit-ups and better eating is getting me there.
And then there’s vitamins. I’ve tried all sorts of vitamins, but I hate taking pills so I can never seem to stick with it.
Fortunately, there’s vitafusion™, a line of gummy vitamins made for adults. They taste good, are easy to chew and enjoy, and are filled with vitamins. It kind of takes the whole ugh out of vitamin taking. My kids were already fans of sister product, L’il Critters™, so I feel good that we’re all taking vitamins we like and that provide some good nutrients.
vitafusion™ have a cute berry shape and a fruity flavor — so they are just easy take. And that means that I don’t mind taking them. Always a good thing. Plus, they are everywhere — Costco, Target, Walgreens … all the places I head to regularly.
I also love that in March, a new PLUS line of vitafusion™ was introduced. These new vitamins for adults have some extra goodness so you can find ones even better suited to your personal needs. The new line includes vitafusion™ MultiVites PLUS Digestive Support*, vitafusion™ MultiVites PLUS Heart Support*, vitafusion™ MultiVites PLUS Hair, Skin & Nails Support * and vitafusion™ MultiVites PLUS Immune Support*. As a mom of two active kids, I am all about the Immune Support version.
