Two Ingredient Peaches and Cream Ice Cream

When I was in elementary school, each class had a picnic on one of the last days of school. We’d gather in the schoolyard — or sometimes at a local park — and eat, play and have fun. Among my favorite parts was laughing through watermelon seed-spitting contests with classmates while the pink juices dripped off our chins into the soft grass. It was just so summer.

These days, watermelon is more often seedless than not, class picnics aren’t nearly as popular and the end of school seems to come way too fast. But schools still have traditions — just with new spins. There are field days and awards days.

Making this is as simple as it gets. In a high-speed blender, you blend together frozen peaches and International Delight’s Fat Free French Vanilla Creamer until smooth. You can either eat it right away … or freeze it until you are ready. Either way, this quick and easy recipe is ready in less than five minutes.
