What’s Coming in 2025?
I love how the new year feels like a fresh start — and a time to refocus energies. That’s how I have always treated it with Sarah’s Cucina Bella as well. Some years, that’s meant launching a new series for the New Year. Other years, it’s meant changing the content buckets or posting frequently on the site. As a nearly 20-year-old food blog, it’s often meant shifting with the times as well.
Here’s a few things to look forward to in 2025 on Sarah’s Cucina Bella:
- More craveworthy recipes — Over the years, SCB has ranged from daily new recipes to weekly to occasionally monthly. Recipes are my favorite part of this work though, so you can expect 1-2 new recipes each week in 2025.
- More ingredient specific content — Between growing our own food and living a life of culinary curiosity, my family has eaten a lot of less known ingredients. I want to share more about them and how to use them.
- More food travel content — Where should you eat when you travel? What should you pack for traveling snacks? Expect more of this on-the-go content in the new year, including part 2 of our London eating extravaganza.
- Maybe some food essays — As a big fan of M.F.K. Fisher and Ruth Reichl, I adore the food essay form and am toying with the idea of sharing an occasional essay here. What do you think?
Wishing you a very happy New Year. Here’s to more deliciousness in 2025!
